Completed Scheduled Reboot

The reboot has been completed that was scheduled for today. Next is on May 2nd. Premium support streams have been started. If you dont have premium support, you’ll have to start your stream from within the control panel, here’s a tutorial: http://bit.ly/hctut01
Custom urls (no sc_ in front of username), use the search bar type in WHM to bring up your admin panel.

Reminder: Scheduled Reboot

On the 20th between 3AM SLT – 6AM SLT (6AM EST – 9AM EST) there will be a scheduled reboot as per usual. This is just a friendly reminder and that if you don’t have premium support, you’ll have to log into your control panel once the reboot is completed and click the green start button to begin broadcasting again. If you have premium, this will be completed for you. If you purchase premium BEFORE the scheduled reboot yours will be included.
(won’t include the beta test server)

We not only provide streaming services but we now have a Merch Brand called ThinkLMAO. This is where you can purchase our merch that we release that will support Hostcrate greatly. This will significantly assist us in purchasing more servers with the necessary software in more locations as if you were unaware, servers especially those we need to run such streaming services for our customers aren’t cheap – running along the price range of no less than $140 per month + $3.00 for the software on the most affordable end with negotiations going well in my favor. Sales from our merch goes right back into Hostcrate and expanding! This will also account toward developing an advertisement budget to get our name out there to gain more customers both in and out of world. Being able to setup pop up shops in popular locations in SL is a goal of ours!

Resolved: Network Issues

Resolved: The datacenter replied to inform me the issue should be resolved. You may need to give your stream a little kick with a quick restart for a refresh but the issues should be all clear now.

New Server Ordered

I have ordered a new server so I will need beta testers to give the server a test run before I create streams on it to make sure it is up to my standards. If you’d like to be apart of the Beta Testers of the new server, add yourself to the group:

You’ll be messaged once the server is live with stream details sent to you via notecard to test.

This is a friendly reminder that a reboot of our servers will be performed between 3am-6am slt (6am-9am EST) on April 2nd, 2019.
If you have premium support your stream will be started for you. If you don’t, you’ll have to start your stream using your control panel details you received when you rented from us.
