The datacenter has techs working on fixing the issue. There hasn’t been an eta on when it will be fixed. I will let you know soon as i know anything further.

Servers are back online. The issue was a DDoS attack on the network which brought them down. I greatly apologize for the issues. I am looking into another datacenter to offer backups, etc. I will be looking for people to beta test new servers once I get them. Look for that notice here on this site. They are slowly but surely getting power restored. They have many people trying to help this all be resolved by having well known providers who are affected have their own technicians on site to try to help to restore services faster. So far, server ending in 58 is currently online. I have restarted radios & autoDJ streams on that server. I am keeping a very close eye on this entire situation and giving updates as soon as I get any new information. I very much appreciate your understanding & patience with this. It definitely helps my stress levels lol.

There is a power outage (seems due to severe weather some have reported that happened overnight/this morning) where even the backup systems are not receiving power so everything that is supposed to have backup power (ie. All servers and equipment) is down. They have electrical engineers working to get everything restored as soon as possible. I highly advise to switching to a backup stream as there is no official ETA on when this will be resolved and this is DEFINITELY out of our control. But they are working to get it fixed as this is affected an entire datacenter which accounts for thousands of customers.

I am aware that the servers are currently down. I have opened a ticket and messaged the owner on Discord to fix it asap. I will post updates here for when they are back online.

It is a networking issue that the datacenter wasn’t expecting. They have their technicians working hard to get the issue resolved and the server back online. They will let me know when it has been fixed. I cannot stay awake any longer as it is 1AM in the morning for me, I need to get some sleep. Hopefully by the time I wake up or when I wake up to go pee (it happens lol), the servers will be back online. I will update you as soon as I wake up whether or not there are any further details. Please, if anyone asks via SL, FB, Discord, etc, refer them to this post. This site is NOT on our servers and is hosted elsewhere for this exact reason – so I can communicate with everyone even when servers are down. As you can obviously see, that it is a bright idea to do so.
I will, again, update you soon as I wake up. I appreciate everyone being so understanding and GREATLY beyond words appreciate your patience.

Migration Progress
Hiya.
Server ending in 147 has been migrated (cp1.hostcrate.com). The backend admin parts I will be doing on Monday, December 18th, 2023 starting at 9AM SLT. This includes the DNS A records for the IP address for all domains including the control panel domain. The DNS change worldwide may take up to 24 to 48 hours. During DNS update, the browser may connect to the old server which will result invalid password so bear with us while the changes update. For future reference the new IP address is 172.111.49.58 and the control panel URL will remain the same, just changing the IP address as it is with a different datacenter.
The next server migration will be done soon as I have to order the server for this & have things setup in the backend. I will keep you all updated.
Any questions, concerns, issues PLEASE reach out to me as that is what I am here for.
P.S. you’ll be able to stream just fine as the old server will remain until the update of DNS on Monday is done and then you’ll need to update the IP address you use which is given in this post. Again, this is specific to those who are on server ending in IP address 147 / control panel url: cp1.hostcrate.com
