Stream terminations

I will be doing stream terminations within the next few hours. If you are overdue by 3 days or more, you risk losing your stream. We do not reopen regular streams as that is a perk reserved for VIP License holders. Any questions, etc please reach out.

As most of you know by now our pricing went into affect back on November 17th, 2023. I have put off with those plans we no longer have available to have people choose another plan. That time has now come.
For our regular stream plans: We no longer have the intro plan so you can either go with the budget plan or upgrade to the club plan. Whatever time is on your account will remain and you won’t have to pay the difference nor will you be refunded if you choose to downgrade.
For our VIP License stream plans: We no longer have the standard / intro plan so you can downgrade to our VIP Budget License or upgrade to the 5GB VIP License. Whatever time is on your account will remain and you won’t have to pay the difference nor will you be refunded if you choose to downgrade.
I will reach out by direct IM and leave a notecard to customers who are on those plans. You’ll have until January 31st, 2024. If I don’t get a reply, I’ll upgrade you.
Why upgrade? Because those plans have space & autodj and if I were to downgrade you then you’d lose access to your AutoDJ and the music you’ve uploaded & playlists would be gone so just in case someone wanted to be upgraded but didn’t reach out, you’d not have to worry that you lost all that hard work. I hope that makes sense.

A quick heads up of the following dates that Hostcrate may be closed and I may be unavailable (unless servers are down etc)
–January 5th: I know this day has passed but this is my mom’s death day. I will always take this day off as it is a difficult day for me.
–January 13th: This was my mom’s birthday. I take this day to remember/mourn her even now 5 years later.
February 14th: Valentine’s Day. Need I say more? lol I won’t be online & Hostcrate will be closed.
February 18th: This is my real life birthday. I do my best to celebrate but it’s a hard day as my mom had passed the month before my birthday month 🙁 so it’s a difficult day just for that reason alone.
