Overdue Streams

All streams that are 3 or more days overdue will be terminated tomorrow by Noon SLT (September 10th, 2023). If you wish to keep your stream please be sure to renew before Noon or risk losing your stream. I do not reopen regular streams as that is a reserved perk of our VIP Licenses. Any questions feel free to reach out. No further notices will be sent.

We are aware of the issue. Working on it. I would suggest switching to a backup as there is no ETA on when this will be fixed. I very much apologize for this inconvenience.

I will be doing stream terminations within the next hour. If you are at or over our 3 day grace period, your stream is at risk of being terminated. The office was redone – I’m so sorry…but kind of not regretting the change because the build is so beautiful! If you ever get lost please don’t hesitate to reach out to me & I’ll lead the way.

Our affiliate signage has been updated. I’ve sent personal messages & sent updated vendors to all those who has our affiliate vendors. If you’d like to be an affiliate, we have a FREE version with 5% commission and a PAID version with 45% commission. They are located on the back wall of where our reception desk is.

The yearly option is now available that includes a 20% discount. To be moved into the yearly option please reach out to me so I can update your stream account package. That is the only way I can do the switch.

Tweaks/updates will be performed during this reboot
Premium Support is now INCLUDED in all of our plans so I will personally turn on your stream for you immediately after reboots so you don’t have to worry about it.

Server reboots typically takes less than 10 minutes unless otherwise noted that it is for updates by me specifically or if something were to go awry – We *always* keep you posted. This one may take a bit longer given the updates. It shouldn’t affect streams.
