I understand that I did vault these indefinitely back in June 2023 but getting my dad back sooner than later (they can hold him for up to 3 months) is important to me. *What is an Immortal Stream?*

—- An Immortal stream means there will be NO further renewal fees on your stream & will never expire for as long as Hostcrate is in business. We have been around since May 4th, 2008 (we’re over 16 now!) so we are NOT one of those fly by streaming providers who are here a year & gone the next. I, Lexxi, have no plans to retire anytime soon. You’ll probably still have me around when I’m 70 and using a cane or walker to get around lol. Why? Because I love what I do 🙂

*How do I get one?*

—- Contact me directly to redeem and you’ll be given instructions, depending on your method of payment (L$ or USD)

*Can I pay in USD?*

—- Yes. You’ll be asked for an email to be invoiced to. Don’t do so until you are instructed to though.. Filing any chargebacks will result in immediate termination of your stream(s) and you’ll be banned from using our services along with my informing other reliable stream businesses of your malicious behavior.

*Can I upgrade/convert/transfer my current account?*

—- Yes. You can with this sale.  Whatever your current stream plan is will be converted to immortal. Please remember that Immortal streams cannot be upgraded to any other plan. Meaning that if you convert your VIP License budget to an Immortal Stream, it will be forever a VIP License Budget plan so it cannot be upgraded like we do with normal licenses when you just can pay the difference and get an upgrade to a license plan with space. I hope that makes sense.

*What if I have time remaining on the stream I want to convert?*

—- ALL time paid on said stream will *NOT* be refunded, transferable, or etc

*I purchased an Immortal Stream, now what?*

—- You’ll be contacted directly once your stream whether new or current has been either created or converted to an immortal stream.

*I purchased…but changed my mind, don’t need it, “insert reason here”, Refund me please*

—- No. As said above, multiple times, there are no refunds. for any reason so please, please, please make sure this is a purchase you wish to make. I’m sorry but I will not refund you…I will, however, give you the immortal stream of which you paid for. Being nasty for not getting your way will just result in not only no refund but also you’ll get banned from using our services as it is against our terms of service which you agreed to when you made your purchase/renewed your stream/etc. Don’t be that person. Be nice, be respectful, be kind, read the entire page, ask questions *before* making the purchase.
