I’m doing stream terminations in about an hour so if you are overdue, you risk losing your stream as there is NO GRACE PERIOD for inworld streams. We don’t reopen terminated accounts UNLESS they are lifetime licenses.

Late Server Reboot

We will be doing a late server reboot that was suppose to be done yesterday but I honestly didn’t realize it so I apologize. It will begin between 3AM – 6AM SLT — More likely to happen at 3AM to be honest so in an hour and a half. I will send notice once it has been completed.

We have now extended advance payments from 1 year to now up to 3 years [156 weeks] in total. This simply means that you can renew your account with us for up to a total of 3 years [156 weeks] in total. This is effective immediately so all boxes have been set to allow this. Anything paid in excess of this will be refunded automatically by your rental box. This goes for all account plans.
