No Reboot This Month

No server reboots will be performed this month. I am still awaiting for my ticket to be updated by Casper, the creator of the rental system we use, on a fix to the issue we have encountered. I will send an update as soon as he gets back to me.

Update: Rental Boxes

Please, please, please be patient with me. I am waiting for my ticket with CasperTECH for the rental boxes to be answered as I may have made a huge mistake and hope that they have backup systems in place for such mistakes. I will keep you posted.
In the meantime, if your rental box isn’t set out don’t worry about payment until I have an update to this issue. However, budget boxes have been rezzed out just fine so those payments will *not* be on hold. Forgive me in advance, I am so so sorry 🙁 Ty -Lexxi

If you haven’t noticed yet, I am re-locating rental boxes. Please bear with me while I do this. Believe me, it will be better as now you won’t land in a wall lol (Im so sorry to anyone who got stuck in our walls hehe).

Once finished, I will then move onto updating notecards for each rental boxes so you can grab yours if you ever need it. This is gonna probably take me a week to do (maybe longer, we shall see).
Here is my To-Do list so you can keep up with me on what is happening. This list will be updated as I go. New items may appear as well. (color codes: Orange = To Do, Green = finished: also list is not in any real order)
1: Finish re-locating & arranging rental boxes
2: Update all notecards for rentals
3: Create new streams
4: Update our Terms of service & other policies
5: Update rentals with new policies (I.E. custom URL fees)
6: Put premium support/custom url boxes onto terminals instead of having a different area
7A: Prepare for server reboots on the 15th
7B: Prepare to update server ending in .rocks to change Url for the CP
8: Prepare to hire new CSR’s (Ya girl needs help if ya couldn’t tell LOL)
9: Check notecard for video features
10: Purchase a new microphone to do video features
11: Come up with a couple of promos for June – Pride Month (suggestions welcome, just IM me)
12: Configure RL billing system (going to pay them to do it to free my time which takes $ of course)
That is my to-do list currently, at least what I can think of. I’m sure there is more but like I have said before I had the attention span of a 3 year old so concentrating can be quite a difficult task for me so I apologize.

P.S: 🏳️🌈 Happy Pride Month 🏳️🌈 – I’m very much apart of this community as a Bi woman in RL coming out as such at 16 so please be respectful as I won’t tolerate anyone being nasty to anyone else about this subject matter. Basically, as my mom taught me…if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all👍 We will have a couple of special sales this month to celebrate 😁
