We will NO LONGER use the bot for tickets as they we getting lost and staff were not getting them as they should have been. We now will be using our live chat/ticket support feature which is now available. To access it you can go to https://www.hostcrate.stream/ and hit button on the bottom right hand corner (screen shot). If we’re offline, you can leave us a message & we will respond within 24 hours given you either leave your email or SL username but NO DISPLAY NAMES as we cannot look up your display name, obviously. You can also click any support sign at the office (screen shot) to be taken straight to the chat/ticket support page.
Alternatively, you can also use the following emails to have a ticket created for you to which we will reply to within 24 hours: Got a sales related question submit to firstname.lastname@example.org or for any support related inquiries submit to email@example.com. For billing related inquiries, submit to firstname.lastname@example.org
This live chat/support ticket system will be used for real life customers as well. If you pay in US Dollars for your streaming services with us, you will be able to access this option in your customer account portal. It will say “Live Chat”. If you need help finding it just let us know and we can walk you through it.
We hope that this will help to streamline support and provide better assistance to those who are in need of help with their accounts or have any sales related questions.
