If your stream isn’t working please contact me so that I can fix it for you. Some accounts seem to have corrupted when they migrated to the new server so that is the reason they may not appear to work. Don’t panic please just contact me directly & I’ll fix it for you. I don’t know it is broken unless you contact me!

After a few snags in the process, the migration was successfully completed! The software developers fixed the issues that we were having for us! You should be able to stream now as all accounts have been turned online BUT be sure to test your control panel login just in case (don’t copy/paste, type it in please)

Thank you ALL for your patience with this unexpectedly long process! I’m very thankful and grateful to each of you for your understanding with this process.

Hello. Thank you all for reporting the issues. I have reported everything over to the software developers. They should be able to fix the issues that have raised from the migration. I am now just awaiting a reply from them. I will report back as soon as I know more. There is NO ETA on when everything will be fixed but I will keep you all posted. Migration Update: 7/1/2019

Hello all!

The software developers have successfully transferred all of the streams onto the new server. The next (and what should be) the final phase of the migration will be starting soon which is the swapping of the IPs so we will be able to keep the same IP addresses that we were using so nothing changes with that making it where you guys DON’T have to update that, along with updating the host name, and any other changes/updates that are necessary to complete the migration. As informed before, there may be downtime during this process so you.may need to switch to another stream if the server goes down or streams stop functioning during this process. There is NO ETA on long this will take so please stay tuned for an update.

What’s taking so long? Update!

Hey everyone!

Phase 1 of the transfer (moving the internal accounts) was completed soon after the transfer process had begun. However, moving onto Phase 2 has hit a bit of trouble and that is the reason why it has been taking so long.

The transfer all option from the software that we use is not performing the function as we had expected. After many, many days of trying but failing, I had to reach out to the developers of the software that we use for the streams to find out what the issue was and to have it resolved. This is where we are at right now. The datacenter has given us all the time we need to be able to figure this out and get these accounts moved over to the new server (which I’m very thankful for).

Currently, we are awaiting for the software developers to log into, fix the issue, and begin the transfer for us as they offered so kindly to do. That is what is going on. I greatly apologize that this has been taking so long – it was NOT planned to take this much time but thankfully the wonderful datacenter that we use is very understanding and has done everything to help us get this migration all done.

I will update this post again once we know anything further. Thank you again for the patience and understanding that you all have had with us during this time. This migration will be worth the wait for sure as I took a peek at the server information and the processor is MUCH, MUCH faster so pretty excited about the increase performance of the new server already 🙂 Stay tuned for further updates/details.

We have an update for you. The datacenter will be switching us to a new server altogether. What does this mean? Simply put: The server with IP address ending in 147 was outdated so the datacenter is moving us over to a new, updated server at no cost to us which should give us better performance all around! The IP addresses shouldn’t change as they have it stated in the quote to utilize the same addresses. I will be proceeding with this TOMORROW Tuesday, June 18th, 2019 starting as soon as they can which will give you some time to find a backup if you don’t have one already as there will be downtime that we can’t avoid until we are fully migrated over.

Hey everyone!

This post is to inform everyone that server ending in 147 will be updating its operating system very soon. This process requires setting up a replacement server so I’m already working with the datacenter on that as I have to migrate accounts and packages over to the temp server, have our server upgraded to the new operating system then migrate accounts and packages right back onto our server. There is no way around it unfortunately. The migration shouldn’t take very long – a few hours. BUT just in case of an incident, be sure to have a backup stream in line.

Those on server ending in 242 will NOT be affected as this server is already up to date.

We will keep you updated via this post as to when this begins. As of this writing, I am going back & forth to get things in the background all setup before we do this. We have put this post as sticky to be at the top so you can easily check for updates.
