I have finished getting all the rental boxes back! Whew! Unless you’ve recently received a Direct TP from me…Erase all of your LM’s to Hostcrate as they are trash with the re-arrangement of our office!

If you have the following plan: Budget, Intro, Radio, Club and wish to renew (especially if you are in overdue status), please reach out to get a direct TP to your rental box. I have these boxes back up & set so payments can begin again IM me to get a direct TP.

Licenses, Premium support, custom URLs’: I am still working on your rental boxes so please be patient with me. It may be a week or two to get them all fixed.

Hiya,

Just a quick update to let you all know that I am now doing our VIP Licenses (formerly lifetime licenses). I’m on box #10 of 160 rental boxes we had out for these. Please bear with me…I’m getting there but am also kind of far away as I have to reset the info like the amount paid to the rental boxes as well. It’s still a lot of work to go but I am moving along at a good pace so far. Thank you again so much for your patience! We will be back asap!  I am calling it a night…welp day seeing as it is now 2AM my time in EST. I may take tomorrow off so I can recharge but we will see. Will keep ya posted as always.

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know that all budget streams were not affected as I previously said. I have now fixed all of the Intro rental boxes. I am now headed into fixing the Radio Plan. Once I finish those, the order will be: Club plans then licenses.  Also note that rental boxes for Premium Support & Custom URLs will be placed on the plan they are meant for on the front of the terminal so you don’t have to go to different areas looking for them.

Please also note that these rental boxes are temporary as the scripter we have will be starting on the custom system come September when their RL time is open again to do so. Once they finish the system, we will switch over.

Thank you again so much for understanding and being so kind during a time where my panic was *real*! Means more than you’ll ever know

Hey there!

Just wanted to keep everyone posted on what is going on….. here we go.

I have to re-establish all rental boxes that are NOT budget streams, the budget stream boxes were NOT affected.

I will need everyone to send me their stream notecard(s) to me directly, please so this can go a bit faster I hope. Just put your SL Avatar name inside your stream notecard at the top (no display names please).

This process will take me some time to do. NO ONE NEEDS TO PAY THEIR RENTAL BOX DURING THIS TIME, PLEASE! I will keep everyone posted via this page so please check it daily just in case I forget to send a notice inworld…..It is important! This is important. THIS is exactly why reading notices no matter where I post them is important as it keeps you as a customer informed of any situations that may occur.

Thank you to everyone who has been so kind, understanding, and ever so helpful. You really helped just by that kindness….keeping me from an all out panic mode lol.

Update: Rental Boxes

Please, please, please be patient with me. I am waiting for my ticket with CasperTECH for the rental boxes to be answered as I may have made a huge mistake and hope that they have backup systems in place for such mistakes. I will keep you posted.

In the meantime, if your rental box isn’t set out don’t worry about payment until I have an update to this issue. However, budget boxes have been rezzed out just fine so those payments will *not* be on hold. Forgive me in advance, I am so so sorry 🙁 Ty -Lexxi
