He has been there to help me get through some tough struggles through these last 16 years….the migrations, the sudden force of having to leave not one but two datacenters, the list goes on. Stream Terminations Schedule

Tomorrow on Tuesday March 19th will be the beginning of the new terminations schedule. I will be doing terminations of accounts that are in overdue status. We no longer have a grace period so if your stream/account is overdue any amount of time, you risk termination. I do not reopen regular accounts as that perk is reserved for VIP Licenses (it is called reactivations).

Terminations will be every Tuesday and Thursday (T days for Termination if that helps to remember)

Stream Terminations & Grace Periods

I decided that I will be doing stream terminations every Tuesday & Thursday. If your stream is in overdue status, you are at risk of losing your stream. There will no longer be a 3 day grace period after March 18th, 2024. HOWEVER, if ever you may need an extension you can request it by contacting me directly – it will be on a case by case situation. (most likely granted)

A friendly Reminder

Hi there! This is just a friendly reminder that tomorrow February 18th is my RL birthday so I will be taking the day off. I may still sign online but I won’t be working. I will put anything work related in a to do list on my phone if you do reach out for assistance. IF you are doing an event/gig, please be sure to send me an IM to see if I can make it as if I can, I will! 💖

In this post as the p.s., I said I would put in my wishlist but the site I use is currently switching to another payment processor so instead I just put out myself a Happy Birthday section at my office with cake & other yummy snacks that you’re more than welcome to. Our Plan Updates

As most of you know by now our pricing went into affect back on November 17th, 2023. I have put off with those plans we no longer have available to have people choose another plan. That time has now come.

For our regular stream plans: We no longer have the intro plan so you can either go with the budget plan or upgrade to the club plan. Whatever time is on your account will remain and you won’t have to pay the difference nor will you be refunded if you choose to downgrade.

For our VIP License stream plans: We no longer have the standard / intro plan so you can downgrade to our VIP Budget License or upgrade to the 5GB VIP License. Whatever time is on your account will remain and you won’t have to pay the difference nor will you be refunded if you choose to downgrade.

I will reach out by direct IM and leave a notecard to customers who are on those plans. You’ll have until January 31st, 2024. If I don’t get a reply, I’ll upgrade you.

Why upgrade? Because those plans have space & autodj and if I were to downgrade you then you’d lose access to your AutoDJ and the music you’ve uploaded & playlists would be gone so just in case someone wanted to be upgraded but didn’t reach out, you’d not have to worry that you lost all that hard work. I hope that makes sense.

Upcoming Dates: Please read

Hiya,

A quick heads up of the following dates that Hostcrate may be closed and I may be unavailable (unless servers are down etc)

–January 5th: I know this day has passed but this is my mom’s death day. I will always take this day off as it is a difficult day for me.

–January 13th: This was my mom’s birthday. I take this day to remember/mourn her even now 5 years later.

February 14th: Valentine’s Day. Need I say more? lol I won’t be online & Hostcrate will be closed.

February 18th: This is my real life birthday. I do my best to celebrate but it’s a hard day as my mom had passed the month before my birthday month 🙁 so it’s a difficult day just for that reason alone.
