Rescheduled Reboot

There will be NO REBOOT today. It will be rescheduled for next Monday February 10th, 2020 at the same time per usual 5PM SLT! So, both servers will be rebooted on this day. If you don’t have premium support, you will need to log into your stream’s control panel & click the green start button to begin broadcasting again.

No Longer Using Skype

I am sad to say that we, Hostcrate, will no longer be using Skype. SOME staff may have it as an option but as a whole in the company, I will not be using it. Skype hasn’t been properly sending me your messages (until like a week later) and that is a major problem as you all are aware I answer quickly when I receive messages even while feeding my face! I have switched to Discord:

At 5pm SLT today, our scheduled reboots were completed. On January 6th, a notice was sent that the server 147 reboot was rescheduled for today so both servers were done. If you don’t have premium support, you must log into your control panel and click the green start button. Don’t forget to type in your information and never copy/paste. If you have premium support services, your stream has been started for you.

We do our very best to keep everyone informed by having multiple ways of checking from in Second Life group notices, inworld kiosk, our facebook page, and to this website. I do my best to send out reminder notices as well just in case anyone may have forgotten the maintenance schedule. I’m not sure how else to keep everyone informed so if there is another idea you wish for us to add please reach out to me directly with your suggestion. We never want anyone to feel left in the dark and that is the reason this website exists and all of the other options.

The servers have been rebooted. Premium support streams are being turned on. If you don’t have premium support, you MUST log into your control panel (DONT COPY/PASTE) & click the green button to turn your stream back on.

Scheduled Reboot at 5PM

I will be rebooting both servers at 5PM SLT (PST). Typically this is the reboot day (2nd Monday of the month) for server ending in 242 BUT I missed last weeks reboot for server 147 due to RL so I will be doing that reboot today as well. If you have premium support your stream will be turned on for you just be patient. Hello everyone,

Please be aware that the script we use for the “Find My Box” sign is not working properly for everyone to which I apologize for. I have submitted a ticket to the creator and am awaiting a reply for a fix to the issue. I will keep you updated once it is working correctly. In the meantime, you can contact any staff members and they can get you the direct TP to your box.

Reboot Schedule Update

After a lot of thought, I have come to the decision for the reboots to be scheduled in the following way. This decision was NOT easy as I know no matter what, it may affect someone. I decided to do this on Mondays to refrain from having reboots on the weekends which will hopefully not affect nearly as many people as our old schedules did. I apologize for having another change in this but I thought it through and came to this being the best way to do server maintenance each month. I hope I don’t upset anyone and if so, I do greatly apologize – this is just something that has to be done for the overall health of the servers to give the best possible quality services to each of you all.

SERVER IP ENDING IN 147 WILL BE RESTARTED ON THE 1ST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 5PM SLT

SERVER IP ENDING IN 242 WILL BE RESTARTED ON THE 2ND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 5PM SLT

Each future server we get will be placed on one of the above schedules.

Next reboots will be in October which will follow the above schedule. So, with that said:

Server ending in 147 will be rebooted on October 7th, 2019 at 5PM SLT

Server ending in 242 will be rebooted on October 14th, 2019 at 5PM SLT

We do have a premium support option which is very affordable at only L$75/week (L$3900/year) to which I will personally turn on your stream for you immediately after reboots so you don’t have to worry about it. It also includes any unscheduled maintenance as well. You can get this service for 50% off when doing our yearly option, just shoot me a message inworld 🙂

We do accept RL payments for premium support AND if you’d like to go that route which does help greatly with keeping us around by the way and is greatly appreciated if you decide to do so but you aren’t obligated!! 🙂 ($5.00/mo OR $14.99/Year

Friendly reminder that the server reboots will be performed on

• September 2nd, 2019 for server IP ending in 147
• September 5th, 2019 for server IP ending in 242.

They will be performed between 3AM SLT – 6AM SLT. You will have to log into your control panel and click the green start button to broadcast once again and/or turn on your AutoDJ by clicking the autodj button to on if you have that feature.

We will NOT turn on streams unless you have the premium support addon which is now L$75 per week, L$300 per month with a yearly option pf L$3900/yr. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
