They will be starting the migration process on December 6th, 2023. You shouldn’t notice any issues or interruptions as you should be able to stream as normal. They (the software developer) will be just migrating all of the data to the new server. Once done, I will send another notice with the new IP address and switch behind the scenes info as needed. You shouldn’t have to do anything on your part until I have sent out info for the IP, Control panel Info, etc.

Server Maintenance

The server maintenance will be performed on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at 8AM SLT so it doesn’t interrupt any Sunday sets you may have. After server maintenance, I will restart all streams including those with AutoDJ. No tweaks are scheduled during this so it should only take 10 minutes at most but just be prepared just in case as technology isn’t perfect and I will of course let you know if a hiccup happens.

Hiya. I apologize for the short notice but I will be doing some small maintenance on all servers tomorrow, Thursday, June 29th starting at 2AM SLT. This maintenance shouldn’t affect streaming and should only last an hour (or less) but as we all know with technology things happen so if anything goes awry I will let you know immediately or if it affects you in anyway PLEASE reach out as soon as it occurs so I know.
Also a reminder that for Scheduled Maintenance (server restarts), that is posted on it’s own page. We will have a restart on July 17th (on Monday instead of having it on the 15th on a weekend day). We no longer have the premium support as now restarts of streams (including AutoDJ) after any maintenance is now *included* with your account.

UPDATE:
This should be working for some and may show SSL errors. Bear with us within the 48 hours for the domain to propagate properly. Your stream shouldn’t be affect – just the ability to log into the control panel and only on server ending in 242 (hostcrate.rocks). Thank you for understanding. –Lexxi

The issue is all fixed – sorta. You may need to clear your browser/cache history for it to appear or you may need to wait up to 48 hours for it to propagate for your side. An update to the URL has been done so the login will be switched from hostcrate.rocks to cp2.hostcrate.rocks so please be aware of that. I will send notice when that has been done.

Hiya! We will have server reboots performed on Feb 15th at 8AM. There are no updates/tweaks for this reboot. ALL of our plans now include the premium support so I will turn on all streams once the maintenance is completed.

Server Reboots & Terminations

I will be doing server reboots on September 1st, 2022 at 8AM SLT. This reboot will include updates/tweaks so it may be a bit longer than the typical reboots that we have. I will send notice once it is all finished. I will send this notice out as a reminder several times.This is why we have several areas where we post such things (this website for example) to keep you up to date. Hiya,
I was given an early access update to the control panel software that we use which requires me to run an update. This shouldn’t affect streaming services as it should just be adding features to the software. But to be on the safe side, I will do this at 4AM SLT (7AM EST) tomorrow Thursday August 4th, 2022.
Per the developers the following features will be added:
