Over the next two weeks, I will be working to offer a better way for everyone to get support. The current ticket system through our bot isn’t doing the job and we’re missing tickets which is unacceptable. With this, I have to train staff on how to use the new system so bare with me. I will announce it as soon as we are ready with it.
